12. The Addiction

This was one crazy movie! It wasn’t so much focused on the fact that she was a vampire but about the struggle of being an addict which gave me a whole new perspective on the vampire genre. I actually really enjoyed this film just of how basic and straight forward it was with the main characters complete change due to this new affliction she now faced. If you just swap out the blood drinking for shooting up heroin, this movie seems to be an accurate depiction of how one struggles with their morals when doing such evil acts in order to feed this addiction. I don’t think I would recommend this movie to everyone, but those with a higher education just because of the deep philosophical meaning (and terms) behind and used in this film. Overall a great movie though that I am glad that I watched with a great cameo by Christopher Walken.

and this is the perfect “fuck you” to people who stereotype people like this.

literally one of my favourite pictures ever

nothing more punk than letting small children touch your clothes spikes or hair spikes

I want to marry this man.

Having little kids be in awe of your aesthetics is absolutely priceless.
